LPS technicians have nearly three decades of combined experience in the remanufacturing industry and bring with them the necessary tools to trouble shoot issues over the phone or in person. The technicians at LPS work very closely with the Quality Control Department, Research and Development Department and hands on with the manufacturing departments to ensure real world solutions for most technical issues.

Customers call (800)700-9659 and will reach one of our technicians direct, ask their questions or express their concern and one of our technicians will guide them through their obstacle to a solutions. If a customer would like the Support Technician to conference with their customer, our technician would be happy to direct a solution to that customer as well.
